1. About this site
wostoolkit.com is operated by High Altitude Code, LLC (Colorado, USA). The WOS Toolkit is a fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Century Games, Elex, or the publishers of Whiteout Survival.
2. License to use
The WOS Toolkit is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. The toolkit's tools require a WOS Toolkit Pro subscription (described below); viewing a rally that someone has shared with you via a share link is free and needs no account or subscription.
3. Subscriptions (WOS Toolkit Pro)
The WOS Toolkit offers an auto-renewing subscription, WOS Toolkit Pro, that unlocks the toolkit's features. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or (on the website) Stripe via RevenueCat Web Billing — not by us directly.
- Length and price. WOS Toolkit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The available billing period(s) and the price per period are shown on the App Store, Google Play, or website purchase screen at the time of purchase and are authoritative; prices may vary by region and currency.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal before the current period ends. For App Store and Google Play purchases, your store account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price for the same period; turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account, or — for a subscription purchased on the website — to the payment method you provide to Stripe, when you confirm the purchase.
- Free trial or introductory offer. If a free trial or introductory offer is made available, it is disclosed at the point of purchase, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription, where applicable.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel the subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, or — for a subscription purchased on the website — through the "Manage subscription" link in the app's account screen. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not provide a refund for the remaining (unused) portion of the current period.
- Refunds. WOS Toolkit Pro is generally non-refundable for the unused portion of a billing period — when you cancel, you keep access until the period ends rather than receiving a partial refund, except where a refund is required by law. Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies; use the App Store or Google Play refund process. For website (Stripe) purchases, email [email protected].
For details on the subscription data that is processed (such as purchase history, app-user identifiers, and diagnostics handled by RevenueCat and Apple / Google / Stripe billing), see our Privacy Policy.
4. Accounts
You can use the app anonymously without an account. You may optionally create an account by signing in with Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google (single sign-on) — for example, to sync or restore your subscription entitlement across devices. There is no email-and-password login.
- Your responsibility. Keep your Apple or Google account secure. An account is for one person; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Acceptable use. The acceptable-use rules in Section 5 apply to account holders.
- Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service or breaches these terms.
- Deleting your account. If you hold an account, you can delete it from within the app at any time. Deleting your account removes the account and its associated personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a store subscription — manage that in your App Store or Google Play account settings (see Section 3).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the share infrastructure (for example, by automated flooding of share sessions), not to scrape the site, and not to use the toolkit to harass other players.
6. Share content
If you create a Rally Sync share link, you are responsible for the content you put into the shared session. Don't include sensitive personal information. Sessions auto-expire within 24 hours; we may remove abusive content sooner.
7. Intellectual property
The site code and content are © High Altitude Code, LLC. "Whiteout Survival," its artwork, alliance and state names, and other in-game terminology are property of Century Games, Elex, or their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The toolkit is provided AS IS, with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Rally-timing math is best-effort; real-world network latency matters in-game.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, High Altitude Code, LLC is not liable for any in-game or real-world losses arising from use of the toolkit. Any liability is capped at the amount you paid to use the toolkit in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may discontinue the toolkit or any feature at any time without notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
12. Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a refreshed "Last updated" date. Continued use of the toolkit after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
